2012 Trip Deposit & Instalments

The fee for the 2012 trip is £825. The students are also required to raise a further £250 for the children and the projects in Romania. The fee is spent in the following way:

• 53% covers the flights, in-country travel and accommodation;
• 25% is spent on training, risk assessments, planning and evaluation to ensure that projects are safe and effective;
• 10% is spent on communication with stakeholders such as our Romanian partner organisations, UK school management, parents and students;
• 10% is spent on general office administration; and
• 3% is spent on travel, medical and evacuation insurance cover

All of the students' £250 fundraising commitment is spent in-country on our charitable activities.

Instalments for the 2012 Summer Trip are now payable online. To do this, tick each box for the instalments that you wish to pay and, if necessary, amend the price. Instalments may be reduced to reflect students' fundraising received by Libra by up to 2 weeks prior to the instalment deadline. Libra will send you a statement by email approx 10 days prior to the payment date. You are welcome to pay instalments in advance of the deadlines, in which case we will refund fundraising monies subsequently received. Please contact us if you have difficulty meeting any deadlines as we charge a late payment fee for each instalment paid late or paid short to cover our costs in chasing them up.

Please note that funds take 3-5 working days to clear to our account, so that payment should be made on the Friday before to ensure it appears in our account by the deadline.

Please use our Justgiving site at www.justgiving.com/librafoundation if you wish to make a donation as JustGiving organise Gift Aid collection for us on their site. Fees may not be paid via JustGiving, but fundraising collected by you can be.
